2. Equipped with straight cutting function, mainly used in the paste-bottom process of flat cutting paper tubes. Cut the two mouths of the paper bag at the same time;

1. Equipped with vacuum suction mechanism, which is used to open the mouth of the paper tubes, so that the horn of the mechanism can be smoothly inserted into the mouth of the paper tubes;
2. Equipped with a horn mechanism, to open the mouth of paper bags and make it in a in a symmetrical diamond shape.
3. Equipped with a flattening mechanism to assist the horn to form the bottom of the paper bag, and compact the diamond-shaped structure at the bottom of the paper bag;

1. Correction mechanism direct the reinforcement paper to the right path. Then the paper pass the traction and cutting mechanism to the folding roll and pinch roll. The paper pinched by the pinch roll travels through the glue wheel and then be pasted on the bag.
2. It can be inserted into a single paper external or built-in valve port, paper clip film misaligned built-in valve port;
3. Equipped with differential mechanism, which can adjust the position of the inserted paper and paper tubes online;
4. Change the parameters on screen to set the valve port paper lengths;
Internal reinforcement of the institution

Indentation & bottom closing & forming mechanism
Indentation closure forming
1. Equipped with paper bag bottom indentation device to assist bottom forming;
2. Equipped with a large glue wheel device. According to different paper bag size specifications and process requirements, flexibly change the shape of the rubber plate;
3. The forming device is composed of upper and lower inner core plates and upper and lower outer core plates, and the paper wing at the bottom of the bag is supported by the inner core plate, and the outer core board is guided to fold and deform to form a square bottom, which is firmly pasted by a compacting wheel.
4. The size of the upper and lower core boards can be adjusted according to the production needs of different paper bag bottom sizes;

The bottom of the bag is vertical after just pasted. For better compaction and overlapping conveying, the bottom of the bag needs to be flipped at a 90-degree angle to fit the bag body. Flipping & guiding bar up and down to gently flatten the bottom of the bag into the compaction conveyor belt.

1. The paper bag enters the slow speed compaction belt, and the compaction effect is more obvious after stacking;
2. Equipped with counting device, the preinstall number of counting paper bags can be set systematically;
3. Equipped with vacuum adsorption and accelerated separation device, which is used to separate the stacked paper bags after reaching the number of paper bags set by the system;
4. The paper bags are separated into the bag collection platform, and the operators palletize the fallen paper bags;
