Feeding mechanism
1. Rotary roller feeding method. The small roller rotates around the large roller, and at the same time rotate reversely to absorb paper tube. The large roller can absorb 8 paper tubes for rotating one round;
Sorting out and perforation mechanism
1. Equipped with a positioning device to ensure the accuracy of the position of the paper tubes when entering the subsequent process;
2. Equipped with oblique indentation device, the position of oblique indentation can be adjusted without stopping the machine;
3. Equipped with the function of puncturing exhaust hole, mainly used in the production of cement paper bags. Can puncture through the entire bag, and the pierced needle sleeve can be quickly removed;
4. Equipped with straight cutting knife function, cut two blades in the two parts of the paper bag, mainly used in the paste-bottom process of making flat cutting paper tubes.

2. Equipped with a horn mechanism, to open the mouth of paper bags and make it in a in a symmetrical diamond shape.
3. Equipped with a flattening mechanism to assist the horn to form the bottom of the paper bag, and compact the diamond-shaped structure at the bottom of the paper bag;

2. Electronic control system scrutinize the process. If there’s no bag in position, control system will cancel pinching paper so that the paper will not be glued and will be sent to the exit. And glue wheel will separate from the pinch roll.
3. Equipped with the differential adjustment device, can flexibly adjust the position of the paper tape without stopping the machine;

1. Equipped with paper bag bottom indentation device to assist bottom forming;
2. Equipped with a large glue wheel device. According to different paper bag size specifications and process requirements, flexibly change the shape of the rubber plate;
3. Equipped with separation system. When it is detected that there is no paper tube at the conveying station or the bottom of the paper tube is not open, the separation system will automatically leave the large glue wheel, so the paper tube will not be glued;

1. The forming device is composed of upper and lower inner core plates and upper and lower outer core plates. The bag’s wing is supported by the inner core board, and the outer core board is guided to fold and to form a square bottom, to make the paste more firm through the compaction wheel.
2. The size of the upper and lower core boards can be adjusted according to the production needs of different paper bag bottom sizes;

The bottom of the bag is vertical after just pasted. For better compaction and overlapping conveying, the bottom of the bag needs to be flipped at a 90-degree angle to fit the bag body. Flipping & guiding bar up and down to gently flatten the bottom of the bag into the compaction conveyor belt.

Count grouping, stacking
1. The paper bag enters the slow speed compaction belt, and the compaction effect is more obvious after stacking;
2. Equipped with counting device, the preinstall number of counting paper bags can be set systematically;
3. Equipped with vacuum adsorption and accelerated separation device, which is used to separate the stacked paper bags after reaching the number of paper bags set by the system;
