Configuration:
1 Feeding Mechanism
Has planetary system and vacuum system;
Equipped with double-tube-check and congestion-check mechanism;
2 Arrangement Mechanism
Has location system to ensure the paper tube position ;
Has congestion-unblock system;
Piercing at the valve end of the paper tubes;
3 Opening & Horn Flattening Mechanism
Oblique indentation mechanism and cutting mechanism are controlled by independent servo motors, which can be adjusted by the computer;
The vacuum opening mechanism is used to open the paper tubes, to enable the horn to insert into the tube;
The horn mechanism is used to open the paper tubes and make the bottoms into diamond shape;
The flattening mechanism is used to put pressure on the diamond-shape bottom, to help form the diamond structure;
4 Flake Valve Mechanism (optional)
Has valve pasting and glue melting mechanism traction, which are controlled by servo motors. The tape length, tape folding length and tape inserting position can all be set by computer;
Has automatic glue melting function, to keep heating the glue when the machine is stopped;
Has position sensor and correction system, to keep the paper tape in the right position;
Equipped with tension control system, to keep the tension of the paper stable;
5 Cylindrical Valve Mechanism(optional)
The traction, cutting, paper tube pasting and glue melting mechanism are all controlled by independent servo system, which can be adjusted by the computer;
Has automatic glue melting function, to keep heating the glue when the machine is stopped;
Has position sensor and correction system, to keep the paper tape in the right position;

10 Compaction & Counting Mechanism
Has counting function. The target number of the count can be adjusted by need;
Has compaction function, to make the bags flat;
Has separation function, when the number of bags reaches the setting target, the bags will be output in a pile;

Small S compaction mechanism
1. It is mainly used to compact the paper bag that has been pasted, making paper bag goes into an S shape, so the paper bags will holds pressure for a Longer time. Finally the paper bags will have higher pasting strength, good compaction effect, obvious folding edge, no fluffy, and can be stacked more neatly;
2. Mainly used in the production of large batches of paper bags;
3. This unit can only be used with double edge bottomer machine;
